Well, I had these two very wonderful chainmail outfits running around (Photo, left: Eric poses with the two young ladies wearing his chainmail creations. Hey, it's a tough job--but somebody's got to do it!). You know bikini tops and skimpy skirts. Well, they were complained about. It seems that they were too skimpy! Imagine that! Two beautiful bodies adorned in fine chainmail and they were offensive! They were wearing T-backs. So anyway they had to put shorts on. You can imaging my dismay! I was pretty PO'd. But finally one put on sheere black pants and the other put on a bikini bottom so they could frolic about. Anyway my point is this.....when the photos are developed they will be on a couple of web sites. I implore you to visit the web sites and let me know if you are offended by these two beautiful women with chainmail on! Then let me know!
The day was rather nice except for the obvious lack of a breeze. Well, I take that back, when the forge was in full swing the wind picked up just enough to blow some smoke our way! Or if it got really dusty we got a little wind.
Spoonfed was awesome as usual! (Photo, right: while the rest of the troup remains hidden behind their stage, a couple of "Tribe" members warms up the audience at the beginning of their performance). I met some more AFR folks. And that was really nice. I have renewed faith in this group. I am sorry that I let it get to me before. I'll try and be nice. And if you meet me at Hawkwood let me know if my piercings turn your stomach! Just kidding!
Anyway I have to get ready to get back out there. So maybe I'll meet some more AFR folks today. Don't forget to come to that BRIGHT YELLOW booth and sign in! Every one is welcome, EVEN the lurkers!
Yours,
kmig
