According to THE SCRIBE, the Tulare Renaissance Festival has 3 stages, 40 vendors booths and hosts more than 3,500 patrons during its two-day run. In 1999, the Tulare Faire will run Saturday and Sunday, March 27-28. To reach the Faire from Fresno: drive 45 minutes south on Fwy 99, then off Hwy 137 behind Veterans Memorial Bldg in Tulare Memorial Park.
