GENERAL DIRECTIONS: Withrow Springs State Park is located just five miles north of Huntsville, Arkansas, on Hwy 23. Coming in from Little Rock, take I-40 west to Hwy 23. Then follow Hwy 23 north through Huntsville to the festival site on the War Eagle River.
If you are driving in from Tulsa, Oklahoma, take Hwy 412 east to Huntsville, Arkansas, then Hwy 23 north to the festival. Be aware that there is road construction along Hwy 412 from Springdale, Arkansas, onward. This construction has created a new "bypass" -- you do not have to go to Huntsville to reach the festival. Simply continue along Hwy 412 east about two miles, then take the Hwy 23 exit north to Withrow Springs State Park.
If you are arriving from Springfield, Missouri, follow Hwy 65 south toward Harrison, Arkansas. At Bear Creek Springs just north of Harrison, turn west onto Hwy 412 and drive to Alpena, Arkansas. Drive with caution: there is road construction along Hwy 412 from Bear Creek Springs westward all the way to Springdale, Arkansas. On the far side of Alpena, watch for the Hwy 412 turnoff going south -- miss it and you will find yourself heading for Eureka Springs, instead! After making the turn, just follow Hwy 412 west to the new Huntsville "bypass", continue along that for about a mile, then take the Hwy 23 exit north to the festival.
